BioCytics Digitally Integrated Clinical Enterprise

BioDICE—BioCytics Digitally Integrated Clinical Enterprise—is a globally scalable, single source solution designed to enable a fully integrated warm chain delivery system for autologous adaptive cell therapy manufactured and delivered at the point of care. The platform utilizes a unified data model and common user interface with the functionalities shown below as modules.

EMR Module

Incorporating the OpenEHR data standard – an EMR system specifically designed and developed for Cellular Therapy clinical trial workflows.

OmniQuery

A novel federated clinical query language enabling natural-language searches across heterogeneous health data. Patients and clinicians can access personal health records (PHR) and institutional EHRs, unlocking data stored in multiple formats and standards (openEHR, HL7, FHIR, OMOP, relational databases, CSV/JSON/XML).

OpenDICE

A patient data sovereign personal health record (PHR) for longitudinal cancer care, digital importing/exporting of electronic health information (EHI) from the Sequoia TEFCA network and SMART-on-FHIR and SMART-on-openEHR standards from multiple health care systems. OpenDICE will enable cancer patients access of their multi-institutional EHR records imported into their own sovereign PHR for educational information about navigating clinical research trials for pre-screening eligibility, molecular profiling for trial matching, and cancer glossary for symptom management.
